After doing research on replacing my HVAC system Dr. Ductless Heating and Cooling came in highly recommended by one of my good friends. My first initial contact was with Ana from the office, she helped me with setting up the initial consultation with the comfort adviser, Matt. I was provided with a one hour window of arrival and Matt showed up right on time and gave me a call 30 minutes prior to arrival! Can you say impressive? Matt was very professional and explained what needed to be done and left me with the confidence I needed to commit to this investment. He was able to put me on the schedule 3days after we signed the contract. The day before the installation I received a reminder call with all the information that I needed. The installation crew arrived at 8:30 am and began setting up. Matt showed up on the day of the installation and opened up the job, he introduced the foreman and his crew and they informed me exactly how the day was going to play out. The Install crew took great pride in their work and worked cohesively. At the end of the installation, the install crew cleaned up very nicely. The foreman then came and did a walk-through of the system and explained how everything worked and patiently answered all of my questions. The day after the installation I received a call from Ana who called to follow up on the installation to make sure that I was happy with the installation and asked if I had any questions. I never thought I could be so in love with a heating and air company as I am with Dr. Ductless Heating and Cooling. Thank you Dr. Ductless!
