First of all, Matt showed up for our service call promptly at the appointment time! That was a great start to his visit. Matt donned his ‘booties’ before entering our home. He was friendly and courteous. His detailed assessment of our needs vs his recommendations made it easy to understand what we could do. He was very knowledgeable of his products. We appreciated Matt’s honest demeanor and candor explaining costs and financing incentives. We look forward to working with Matt on our project.

I recently had a Daikin 4 zone mini split installed, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. Matt and Angel did a fantastic job—they were quick, professional, and made sure everything was cleaned up when they finished. Their electrician also went above and beyond.
They were also honest, fairly priced, and took the time to explain the system thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Great experience overall. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a mini split install.

Had an AC mini split cooling & heating system installed by Dr. Ductless. The company kept me informed throughout the whole process, from the initial consultation to the final installation of the product. They were always responsive to my questions and concerns. The entire team was professional, courteous and friendly. They cleaned after themselves and left everything in working condition. Want to thank Matthew which provided me with the quotes after the consultation, he is very detailed, positive attitude, outgoing and respectful.

Angel Peralta was extraordinary, knowledgeable, respectful throughout the whole process. He took rhe time to walk me through each unit on their functionality. He made sure everything was installed correctly and esthetically pleasing.
Felipe Gonzalez came after to perform all the drywall patching, he did an amazing job making it look like the original wall with texture.

I am on the front end (start) of putting in a new Mitsubishi heat pump system with the Dr. Ductless team. 1/2 of the house will be ducted and the other portion will have mini splits. Matt has been very helpful through the design phase. I will keep you posted on the progress, and will add photos.
Angel Peralta led the technical team through the design and installation process. Most of the time Angel coordinated the 8-9 team members that would demo the old system and install the ducted and ductless portion of the project.
Monday began with a subcontractor that removed the asbestos, Tuesday removal of the 50 yr old insulation so Matt and Angel had their team ready to do the work in 3 days! The team worked diligently and solved many unexpected issues. They kept us informed and they covered and cleaned the many work areas throughout the house.
A bad power switch tested the teams ability to troubleshoot and identify the problem…and was the only hiccup in the entire process. They have a very strong experienced team and very strong customer service and support culture. They may be a bit costly, however you get what you pay for.
