Homes in this part of Los Angeles
Most of the housing around Los Feliz was built before central air existed. That shapes almost every job we do here.
- No ducts. Spanish bungalows and craftsman homes in Los Feliz, Silver Lake and Atwater Village usually have plaster walls and no ductwork. A mini split conditions them without tearing into ceilings.
